A crow living in the forest was very happy in his life. One day, he thought he should go to the other side of the forest to meet different animals. He saw a peacock when he landed on the other side of the forest. Crow was fully immersed in the peacock's beauty.
He could not believe that such a beautiful bird existed on Earth. He cursed his ugliness and said to the peacock, ‘Peacock, you are so beautiful. Wish I could be as beautiful as you are.’
‘Even you can.’
‘What!’ the Crow expressed his surprise.
Peacock said to him that a few months ago, even he was as ugly as him. He felt he should die, and in depression, he went to the Atlanta mountains, and there he found a miracle well and drank its water and became so beautiful. Peacock suggested Crow should go there, too.
Crow excitedly flew to the Atlanta Mountains. As soon as the crow flew, Peacock made crow fun with his friends. Peacock eagerly waited for the Crow to come back so that he could tease him.
But to the peacock’s shock, the crow came back happily. Crow thanked Peacock, saying, ‘Because of your inaccurate information, I flew and saw several beautiful places around Atlanta Mountains.’
Moral: Don't compare your insides to someone else outsides.
